Your Title Is Just
The Beginning

You’ve stepped into a high-visibility leadership role with greater responsibility. With that growth comes a sense of uncertainty—“How am I supposed to do this?”

That uncertainty can muddy your everyday leadership decisions — how you delegate, contribute in meetings, and proactively build effective relationships across your organization.

After over 1,000 hours coaching leaders, I can tell you this: The real challenge isn’t the job—it’s the inner critic. That voice, constantly critical of you and others, breeds frustration, isolation, and overwhelm, holding you back from influencing effectively.

Because your influence doesn’t come from your title. It comes from how you show up in moments that matter.

In this coaching program you will apply insights from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Berkeley Haas directly to your everyday leadership decisions.

You will sharpen your strategic influence skills, and unravel the distortions of your inner critic to lead with grounded confidence.

You will learn to:

  • Own Your Inner Critic: Own your inner critic so you are not owned by it. Tap into your creativity and charisma to tackle tough decisions and lead with purpose.

  • Influence Without Authority: Learn strategic sales skills to influence and collaborate across teams, even without direct control.

  • Ask For What You Want: Hone persuasive communication techniques to ask for what you want, whether in feedback, presentations, or emails.

  • Motivate Others: Build trust and empower your team by connecting with what matters most to them.

  • Learn Efficiently: The inner critic wastes time and energy. Become a more efficient learner and leader by showing up with clarity and agency in your important interactions.

While others are caught on their back foot, you will take ownership of your leadership journey. Move beyond the title into the influence and effectiveness that gets things done.

Shivani P., Vice President

“What surprised me the most in working with Jen is truly how quickly I was able to just be much more confident in my abilities as a leader, in my abilities as a human. Jen is a remarkable coach and I have gained so much in the time that I’ve worked with her and I would recommend working with Jen to anyone and everyone. She is phenomenal.”

Who Will Most Benefit?

Senior leaders in the early years of high-visibility roles (e.g., Department Head, CXO, Chief of Staff, GM) who want to:

  • Approach tough conversations with curiosity, not fear.

  • Ask for what you want with conviction, not hesitation.

  • Set boundaries with wisdom, not guilt.

  • Handle feedback with ease, not defensiveness.

  • Build relationships with intention, not chance.

Pete G., CEO & President

“We really hone in on something that may be an underlying issue that I didn’t recognize in the beginning. After each of our sessions I walk away with some very tangible action items. It’s been really helpful for me as a leader, helpful to our organization, and I would certainly recommend anyone considering to work with Jen. The return on it will be well worth your investment.”

Jordan H., Program Director

“I was provided with the tools to quiet my inner critic which allowed me to identify and lean into my strengths. Better identifying and leaning into my strengths have helped me lead with courage, support my team to navigate tough moments, and to meet the demands of my organization.”
